We have an immediate embargo on all Marketing Mail flats being entered for the 706 3-Digit ZIP Code Area until further notice.

Processing Plan: All Marketing Mail flats currently in the network will be processed and delivered. 

Recommendations to Mailers: Mailers are requested to hold their Marketing Mail shipments in place for the time being, including trucks in route. There are no redirects at this time. Please reschedule appointments when the embargo is lifted.
