ALG Connect:Winter Storm Indigo to Spread Snow, Ice Across Midwest, Northeast and Mid-South

Winter Storm Indigo to Spread Snow, Ice Across Midwest, Northeast and Mid-South

Winter Storm Indigo will spread snow and some ice across the Midwest, Northeast and mid-South to end the week, creating hazardous travel conditions in parts of those regions. The storm is producing scattered areas of snowfall from the northern Rockies and the adjacent Plains into parts of the Midwest.

Winter weather alerts have been issued by the National Weather Service: Winter weather advisories and a few winter storm warnings stretch from the northern and central Rockies into the Midwest, mid-South, Appalachians and Northeast.

Indigo could produce light to locally moderate snowfall in parts of the Midwest, Great Lakes, Ohio Valley and the interior Northeast Thursday or Thursday night. Some snow, freezing rain and/or sleet is possible in the mid-South as well, including Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee.

We recognize the severe impact that current conditions are having on our customers, and we are committed to restoring service levels as quickly as possible. As a result of these weather issues, the ALG Client Service Team will send daily updates as we monitor the progress and track job level impact.
