General NPF Overview, March 27 at 2 PM ET with Lindsey Taylor, Director, Industry Engagement & Outreach, USPS and Maureen Goodson, Executive Director of NPF

PCC Focused NPF Overview, April 4 at 2 PM ET with Cathy Scocco, Manager, Customer Outreach, USPS and guest speakers from the Industry to give testimonies as to why they attend the Forum. Presenting with Cathy are Mark Fallon, President of The Berkshire Company, Neal Fedderman, Senior Manager, Parcel and Mail Operations with CarMax Business Services, and Suzi Oswald, Postal Affairs Specialist and Data Services with SeaChange.
