USPS Delays - SCF Knoxville TN (NASS Code 377)

The USPS is currently experiencing severe delays at the Knoxville, TN SCF, with trucks having been waiting to be unloaded since January 4, 2025.

According to the facility, there are currently 20 full storage trailers on-site. While drivers may have access to a dock door today, they are being informed that unloading will not occur for another 48 hours.

In light of these extended wait times, ALG has made the decision to temporarily halt all mail shipments to Knoxville, TN. This action follows our recent experience where two trucks were left waiting for four days without resolution.
