All Mail Growth Incentive 2024 Postage Credits Expire December 31, 2025

Participants in the Mail Growth Incentive (MGI) program are reminded that any unused 2024 MGI postage credits will expire December 31, 2025.

After this date, any remaining postage credits will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated. To ensure full value from your, or your customer’s, participation, please take the following actions before the December 31 deadline:

• Review your MGI 2024 postage credit balance and apply all remaining postage credits toward eligible mailings no later than December 31, 2025.

• Mail Service Providers (MSPs) should work closely with their customers to ensure all available postage credits are used prior to expiration.

• • A BCG report (Mail Growth Incentive Report) is available for you to reference (who sent you postage credits, how much is still available, etc.).

• Mail Owners should log into the Mailing Promotions Portal to confirm that all postage credits have been used.

• • To view your available postage credits, open your Service Request, then access the MGI Credit Balance tab on the My Promotions/Incentives Requests page. Navigate to a Credit Balance Record and view the previous year’s credit balance.

• • • Note: all postage credit transferred by you to a third party such as an MSP are considered “used”.  Work with your MSP to ensure they use all your transferred postage credits by December 31, 2025.

• • Apply your available postage credits toward eligible mailing(s) by using the appropriate CCR code on the mailing statement by December 31, 2025.

Taking this action now will help ensure you maximize the benefits of your earned MGI postage credit.
