A winter storm is bringing snow to the Northeast early this week, and while New York is likely to see a bit of snowfall on Tuesday, higher accumulations will be reserved for higher elevations north of I-95 and Maine. Maine is going to be the real beneficiary from the shot of winter weather, with up to a foot of snow possible near the coast.
