Enterprise Payment System (EPS) - INCIDENT #10784524
Processing Postage Statement Error
The United States Postal Service has identified an issue (INC10784524) within the Enterprise Payment Systems (EPS) in which postage statements are prevented from being finalized, resulting in timestamp errors on balance checks on EPS account numbers. Additionally, mailers are receiving errors when attempting to download or view postage statements.
This issue began, June 22, 2026, and the IT team is actively working on a resolution. Should there be any changes to this status, updated information will be communicated promptly.
